Explanation order status: Processing

  • On hold : Order wait for payment.
  • Processing: Payment not completed. (read more)
  • Completed: Successfully paid.
  • Wait for shipping: Order packed, waiting for sending.
  • Shipped: Order is on his way to you.
  • Open ticket for help: There is a problem, open a support ticket.

Q: I pay with Monero, and he give Status: Cancelled?
A: After Payment is done the Status change to Cancelled, that means the payment is okay! (it is a issue, We work on it)

Q: Are you legit?
A: If by legit, you mean if we send the products if you buy them, the answer is yes.

A: Hanf4You Assumes no responsibility for lost orders due to:
– mistakes made by the postal offices
– wrong address given by the customer
– damage or loss of packages by postal service
– stolen packages after delivery
– seized packages by customs or authorities
